Cliff Berryman will be joining CPF Healthcare Real Estate in April, 2022 and is a Senior Vice President with the firm. Prior to joining, Cliff was Senior Vice President of Acquisitions with Flagship Healthcare Trust where he was responsible for the sourcing and acquisitions of medical office buildings and ambulatory surgery centers. He was previously in Capital Markets with HFF, now JLL, specializing in the facilitation of debt and equity for Commercial developers and investors. Cliff began his career at Salomon Smith Barney in New York and previously worked in commercial banking at Bank of AmericaMerrill Lynch in their Healthcare Commercial Credit group.

Cliff received his BA from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and his MBA from the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.
